Up for sale is a 2001 Camaro Z28 Convertible, Navy Blue Metallic with a Tan top and Tan leather interior, just under 130k miles. Overall in very good shape for age/miles. Was obviously well kept. I am the 2nd owner, I have a copy of the original title which I received when I purchased the car this spring, Original owners were a couple in their 70's and kept the car bone stock and you can see parts were replaced as needed and the car drives as so.
I've added black headlights and parking lights, an SLP air lid and deleted the muffler, I have a resonator as part of the exhaust but chose not to install it (TSP Rumbler), as well as the original muffler.
I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor and the Electronic Brake Control Module. Car runs great, no lights on the dash, just passed NJ state inspection.
The interior is very nice, I replaced the passenger seat bottom as it had some rips in the leather and it appears the previous owner replaced the driver seat bottom. Door panels are good, carpet is good, all power options work as they should including the windows.
The paint is good for its age/miles, my pictures will show the bad areas, passenger fender and rear bumper marks. The top is free of rips and tares, it does show some rub marks in the creases from when the top is lowered and stored.
There are a few minor issues left, all minor. The driver side floor mat is worn thru (original), the ash tray lid hinge is broken, but lid sits in place when closed no issue, the top is power and once in a while it needs a little extra push when lowering, and finally the fuel gauge will sporadically show empty and bounce back to the actual location, at random.
I'm only selling because I'm looking to get back into a C5 corvette. I've taken the car on 2 long distance trips this summer, just back from a 900 mile trip this past weekend and got a fresh oil change. Email me with any questions and I'll do my best to answer. Price is 5200obo.
