central nj detailer

My buddy just picked up a 97 black ws6 and it it needs a good detailing. I know plenty of people detail but i want someone who can make old paint look newish, seems like most are only good at making new paint look good. Also 2 small spots on hood are going with clear (turning white) not sure if you can wet sand and buff back.

If the clear has failed there are really no miracles to bring it back. Have any pics?

Possibly but it entirely depends how bad it's failing. Hopefully it's just a little oxidation.
