Just mounted nad balanced my Nitto NT05's non R compound 315/35r17
How much air pressure to run for the street ? My old tires wore in the center
no matter what I kept them at.

I have the same tires and keep them around 32. I'm getting some wear in the edges though, so perhaps more air is necessary. They rub a bit on my car, by the way, so check your clearance before you hit a big bump and rip a chunk out of them like I did.

Park on level ground.
Aim straight ahead. Draw a line completely across the tread.
Pull ahead 2-3 tire revolutions or until the chalk starts wearing off.
If the chalk is worn off equally across the width of the tread, the inflation pressure is correct.
If the chalk is worn off more in the center than at the edges, as shown below, the tire is overinflated. If the chalk is worn off more at the edges than in the center, the tire is under inflated.
