Need GM Dealer Help(?) - Programming key fobs
Ok guys, I need help getting new key fobs programmed for my Olds. Here are the instructions. Simple, but I have no 'scan tool'. Anyone able to do this, or know anyone who can assist? Is this a dealer only tool, or will tools like snap on scanners do this?

Feather-light suspension, Konis just couldn't hold. I'm so glad I took a look inside your showroom doors.

in the TA I just pulled the radio fuse, turn the key off and on 3 times until the locks cycle, hold the "lock/unlock" buttons on the remote until they cycle.
Not sure about the olds though. I heard stuff about needing a scan tool on some cars, but then research online and find out that a scan tool isnt necessary.

looking around after just a few minutes
looks like your best (maybe only) bet is to take it to the dealer

Thanks. Yeah, I figured that. I was hoping someone here had a dealer in or a tech tool - I'm sure the good ones will do it too. Nuts.

I work at Ayres down in Burlington City. I could program them one night next week if you still need it done.
