Was answering your question, a stock 3rd gen setup.
You just can't go with a bigger brake setup like an LS1, Baer or wilwood 12" rotor kit. That you need 16" wheels for. |
Oh my bad didnt realize that was ure answer and they came stock with disc in the back?

I assume you are talking about rear disk brakes since all third gens came with standard disk brakes up front. Yes, if you get a disk brake rear out of any third gen, they will fit behind 15 inch wheels. Unless you go with a larger brake set up for the front like a 1LE kit, C4HD/C5, LS1, etc etc, you won't need a larger wheel.

Obviously the stock 10.5" disc setup works - even works with 14" wheels.
Baer makes a 12" kit that will clear 15" wheels no problem, it is a huge upgrade from the stock discs and calipers. Check their website out for more info. |
i have a disc rear for sale
