motor f/s
My friend Barry has a carb'ed 355"sbc on pump gas,11.1comp.,air gap manifold,semi-ported heads,.500 lift Mech. flat tappet,1.6 roller rockers,all accesories that are on a 89' firebird works-ac,ps,wp,smog pump,alt.,serpentine belt, motor's making about 440hps,its fresh, its got about 50 miles,he's asking just what the motor work was w/no extra's but the motor it complete, bolting and good everything is there you need nothing.he wants to sell it fast, $3,500. must sell fast. He told me that he'll throw in the proform high torque starter,moroso soild mounts,msd pro-billet dist. and maybe the msd 7al2 ingtion box w/start retard control, he's also got Edlebrock shorty headers on it now and a set of long tubes-Hedman,and you can hear it run anytime, trust me, he's got alot of money in it, so come someone its worth it.JR1

bonzo, 11:1 isnt bad for the street, just gotta make sure you haev a decent cam to bleed off the cylinder pressure on the low end. i have a 10.8:1 motor and it runs great on 93 octane
