Figured I'd put this out there as I've/we've had no luck. My bestie is looking for a new ride since he had to junk his classic 96 Ford Escort. Open minded to make/model but needs an automatic and front wheel drive. Cosmetics aren't the most important thing but no rust buckets/ body panels falling off or missing. The more accessories that work the better. Valid inspection a must. Import or domestic, decent mpg a plus as he has a pretty long commute to work. So, wadda ya got?

My friend i believe is gettn rid of his 96 4runner with 125k miles. Auto. 4wd. Not sure abt the good gas mileage part. Bumpers have sum rust but body is nice.

2002 buick regal gs. has snow tires, a/c and heat work good. cosmetics are not great. clear coat is peeling. under side is clean with virtually no rust. 152k miles. only issue is an oil leak and the airbag light is on. valid inspection for another year.
