1997 Pontiac Trans Am WS6
This is my 97 TA WS6 M6, 1 of 357 in red with an M6. It was one of the last 97's converted by SLP as they lost the contract to ASC for the 98 model year WS6 cars, and SLP stopped keeping documentation/car numbers, I contacted them with my VIN and they had no record of it, however my RPO sticker does have the WS6 on it and all correct parts are in place.
I purchased it last July when I saw it on Craigslist and reconized the car from seeing it parked in a local driveway for a few years, sure enough it was the same car and I bought it.
It has 141k miles on it and runs awesome. The previous owner was a mechanic and he traveled up into New England to pick it up from the original owner. He got it stock and did ALL of the routine maintenance, opti/plugs/wires, stock replacement clutch, and more were all replaced by the time I bought it.
As for mods, its got a Borla catback, B&M short shifter, Strut Tower Brace, K&N drop in filter, tinted windows and clear parking lights. Inside its got a Pioneer radio with ipod and mp3 connections and Bluetooth, and two 10" JL subs and a Pioneer amp.

Nice. I usually don't like the LT1 Trans Ams in red but that one looks really good.

yea i got it in july, didnt sell anything yet so im rockin 4 cars but prob going to sell this in the spring when im complete with it.
yes it came with that there solar wing thing on the hatch

Very nice! The WS6 Trans Ams are the only LT1 Trans Ams I like compared to the base LT1 Trans Am. I like the color also.

Looks great! I had a 99 red ws6, had about 205k on it and still shined, it doesn't get prettier then the red ones!

Remember I saw my first one of those had to be 1995-6ish...One of the sickest looking cars, well until the LS version came out a few years later lol....nice car!
