Filling Fuel Rail Covers?

I have a set of LS1 fuel rail covers, and I want to fill in the "Corvette" name and get a Camaro badge to put over it or something.
What should I fill it with? Just epoxy and sand it down?

id say use something like this in the link.

its designed to be flexible and work with plastics. Not all epoxys work %100 with plastic and regular bondo would get hard and could crack or pop out.

i used a similar product on the rear bumper of my Monte SS and on my grand prix to fill significant holes/ cuts. adheres great and sands easily.

yea thats what i would use too... some kind of a 2-part plastic repair kit... SEM makes this problem plastic stuff its amazing but you need a special gun for it... which i could borrow for the weekend if you wanted... but probably any kind of plastic repair kit would probably work.. if you want it perfect youll probably have to use some kind of body filler just to even it out really nice... but they make semi flexible fillers that you can use too.. I would NOT try and fill in the entire letters with just bondo... the heat from the engine will make it sink in and eventually crack and look terrible...

I just need it pretty flat, just close. Im trying to find a raised emblem I can lay over the top, but Camaro just doesnt seem to fit over the same space as Corvette.

ahahah, alright.
Its gunna be hard because the plastic is actually red, and as a texture too it already. I just need it flat enough to lay an emblem or decal over it. No stickers, something raised.

The Corvette wording is 15.5 long and about an inch tall. I think the longest thing is the new 5th gen Camaro wording, but there is a lot of spacing.
I wanted to go with factory-style badges, like the Z28 badge on side skirts, bumpers, etc.

I used tiger hair on mine, even smoothed out the entire cover along with getting rid of the lines and 5.7.

I liked the raise part, I want to paint that black.
I was trying to do as little to the actuall cover as possible, and only fill in the lettering enough to lay something on top.

you can get the new camaro emblems and tighten up the spaces alittle but and try to make it work... your probably going to have to sand the entire FRC's down to get the texture out or its not going to look right when you paint it... just a for warning..
