1983 T/A hood flapper

Flapper door on hood. Similar to 1970-72 t/a functional shaker setup
Any one have a wiring schematic of how this works? Solenoid works but car runs poor when it is hooked up.

thanks
he is what I found:
solenoid and vac switch are good.

need to find and test the WOT switch and figure why the choke light is staying on even when it is open.

There was a warranty for the choke fuse. wonder if GM will still acknowledge it.
