need to borrow a tool

Im looking to see if anyone on here has the tool for priming the oil pump/system for a small block chevy. If anyone has one and would let me borrow it, that would be a great help. Thanks alot

It's been a while but I remember just pulling the distributor and using a screwdriver bit and a power drill.

Yeah it can be done that way but the actual tool blocks off some of the oil passages like the distributor does. If worse comes to worse ill just do the screw driver trick

i made one out of an old distributor housing. I cut the top portion off and just slide the moroso primer up through the old distributor and all is good.

find an old dist and grind off the teeth on the gear. attach a bolt to the shaft and insert into a drill. I have one for a Pontiac. Could make one for a chevy. Might have a spare distributor housing.

screwdriver, rubber hose and drill is the other option.
