Question Firebird seat question???

Most of the firebirds (99%) I have seen for sale with leather interior come with the power lumbar. For example the pic below.

My question is, I had last year purchased a 2000 WS6 and later I realized it did not have power lumbar seats. I thought it had its seats swapped or something but I did find a very small few (like 5 others w/ leather interior) that also did not have power lumbar. I was wondering if this was a standard option or any type of info that anyone can provide would help. Here is a pic from a Firehawk that did not have power lumbar and is what my seats look like.

yea theres different styles, not all of them have the hard plastic backs/lumbar. the v6 cars usually were the non lumbar seats.

Yeah but the v6 version also mostly had cloth since it was a base firebird. I'm focusing on the Forms, T/A, and Firehawks with leather. Almost all of them I've seen had the lumbar except for a minut few, why so few??

I think power lumbar was an option, and it's kind of like t-tops where just about everybody got them.
