Running issue

My 94 firebird lt1 just started having an issue where itll be running fine then all of a sudden shut off. When i get it refired after cycling the ignition a few times itll let me get up to 1500 or 2500 then shut off again. Fuel pump is running. Any ideas what it might be. Dont know much about these motors

Ses is on for an o2 sensor downstream. Been on since i bought the car. Last guy put bbk shortys on it and never did anything with the sensor. Tune up was done just prior to me buying the car. Put around 5k on it since then with no issues

could be opti. higher chance its ICM. check easy stuff first like fuel pressure at rail, vacuum leaks, visual inspection

So by your story, it runs fine when it's a cold start?

Cold start is fine. Its inconsistent as far as when it does it. Ive had it where its done it after 5 or 10 minutes of driving or half hour + of driving. It will not do it at idle

I dont think they do, since they are truly OBD1... maybe wrong code was given?

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge to see what pressure is dropping off. just cause pump is running don't mean its deliverin!

Scan/flash actual code(s).

Most likely ignition issue and icm is a good thought but opti is a possibility. shbox.com has info.
