i got up and went to bestbuy at 6am, i wanted the compaq desktop they had and it wasnt one of the 5am to noon only sales. i get there and the store doesnt open will 7am! the fliers all said 5 but ya gotta love paramus blue laws. as soon as i got there i got a parkin spot and i witness a hybrid civic rear end a denali, denali FTW! cop comes and hes like you guys are nuts but best buy at GS is 10 times worse! needless to say the line moved real quick even tho it was wrapped entirely around the outside of the fashon center. needless to say, i didnt get wat i wanted or anything for that matter, went home and went back to bed

Then others were using extension cords to plug in laptops into outlets everywhere. One person on line gave out the access info for bestbuys wireless network so most people could get online even. It was actually a pretty fun experience. I had a nice spot on a bench and it was all inside so the weather wasnt an issue.

We went to Target at 5am. Got there about 10 minutes early...didn't open til 6am (and not even Bergen county...oh well). Stayed in teh car the whole time, as soon as they opened it all the people who were smart and waited in their cars got in before the ppl in line cause we went in the exits lol. The ppl in line weren't very happy, but oh well. Got most of what we wanted. Then went back home and bought stuff from Kohls...we had walked in, but it was at least a 2 hour line to check out. Drove by staples and decided to stop since the parking lot wasn't even half full. Got some more stuff.
We had driven by the Best Buy in Totowa/Little Falls/West paterson (whatever town it's considered lol) at 10pm and the line was as long as the building, and maybe even longer. I know some people who were smart - waited til about 4am, bought the stuff they wanted online, at 5am the store opened, and 10 minutes later the people got their email that their stuff was waiting for them...everything they wanted. They walked in an hour and a half later and went to customer service and walked out a few minutes later with all of the stuff they wanted. Probably not everything could have been bought that way, but it was the smart thing to do!

I went out and had a game plan lol. Stores in Bergan county don't open till 6:30 7 so even though the paper says 5 it is not always right. Stayed away from Best Buy the line was probibly around the store. Hit up Radio Shack and the Paramus Park Mall. Picked up a nice 1 gig memory stick for 20 bucks and some other crap...
