Welcome. I have a 68 convertible in need of a restoration except it's of the Pontiac variety. You've got some cute pups! Are they bullys?

Welcome aboard...I'm right in your neighborhood..White Township, Belvidere area. I go to the local cruises and also attend a few shows that are pretty close. One at Warren Hills High School and another at M&M's Mars in Hackettstown. Maybe we'll see you at one of these this summer.

Welcome to the club!
Just read through your build thread on TC, looks like it's coming along really well!

I'm a lil late to the welcome wagon, but Welcome to the site. I'm up in Andover in Sussex County, basically jump on 517 run all the way up and you'll pass within two blocks of my house in Lake Lenape. As far as machine shops go I'm in the same boat. I hear good things about A-1 Crankshaft in Franklin, but while my brother had his MR2 head done by them I can't truly judge the final product because my brother botched the reassembly and it leaks oil. It looked like nice work though. He is on my list for local work unless someone else says someone else is better. A local on here in Sparta had his motor built by the neighbor. Need more info from him though. The final shop I can think of is one in Lafayette behind the autoparts store just off Rt. 15. Don't know anyone whos had work done by them though. There have to be others I'm missing.

I know right where you are, I go up to Newton all the time and go up that way. I'm just west of Island Dragway.

I'm at the Chatterbox almost every Saturday when the cruise nights start. May start going to the one in Newton if its good enough as I hear they may have one during the week on Main Street. As for my car...the last time it was out in a truly public environment, it blew the heater core sky high at the Fairgrounds during the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show cruise night. I fixed that but other issues arose with the free donor motor that I decided to just go rebuild the whole car the way I want. All I need is a motor but I'm broke. Leaving body and interior for after its sorted and running.
