It’s a good time to refinance your mortgage. 20 year was down to 2.875 last week, shot up and is coming back down. I’m about to lock in when it hits 3% save a poop load of money.

I got my "base tune" sent via email an hour ago, so I am heading out (after curfew) to datalog what he requires (cold start, rpm cruise log, part throttle log, hot re-start). hope the roads will be generally empty. this might be a theme for me every few nights as we (he) makes adjustments to the tune and I road test everything. So,, perhaps in a few weeks.. some midnight "battles" can be had on the road. ! I'm game, soon

Bergen county is shutting down businesses it appears far beyond original scopes, including construction.

that order to close everything down was nixed by gov. Murphy it seems.

Looks like just stuff like indoor malls, salons, barbershops, etc will be forced to close.

It'll be interesting how that works out. What happens if a company is under 500 and some people were laid off, do they still get this and the small business is on the hook?

Don’t look good.....so what’s the definition of business by law? Can I spend my time performing a skill for unsolicited donations? Does that come across as risqué as I think??

That's the good thing about cash and no paperwork..... Everyone is just friendly and handing out money as a donation and your able to donate your skillset.

So Murphy's order excludes me. Still gonna be working. Has its pros and cons, considering the wife is working from home and watching the kids at the same time. I did tell my boss that I don't want to be going into people's homes at this time so luckily we have a bunch of new construction and full renovation jobs.

I think the worst part is all the people willingly giving up rights and begging for more government control.

That stimulus bill is insanity along with the Fed pumping a trilion dollars into the market and it still kept going down

This is a valid concern. Being this thing can sustain on plastic & cardboard for a number of days, receiving packages posses a concern. Yet, you need those items within. This doesn't account for the numerous hands that have touched said package & those surrounding. You could glove & lysol it and let it cool down for a little. Or just brave it.
