faily simple. All you really need to do is make sure you get the correct size speaker, and wire the correct color wires to the + and - size of the speaker.
Get some solder and a soldering iron, a pair of wire cutters, tape, 7mm nut driver and a phillips head screwdriver and go to town. The door panels come off really easy.
I'm actualyl gonna run out the door right now, so if you need help hit me up on aim, i can walk you through it if you need to.

Shouldn't be too bad at all
When are you planning on doing it? In case you want/need a hand, I've had my door panel off and assuming you have power windows it'll be even easier (it was a little bit of a PITA to get the window roller off)

ususally they have the connectors at the end.
However sometimes you can't remove the stock connectors from the stock speakers and have to solder on a new one, extend the wire, etc. Or you could just redneck it and use a ***** load of electrical tape.
The only issue I could see you having is pulling off the door panel. If it's held in with plastic clips, they could break (and easliy).

electrical tape....pshttt The real way is to use duct tape. Duct Tape fixes EVERYTHING! Thats how my camaro is held together, duct tape, chewing gum, paper clips, and some luck.

Here's a walkthru for a window motor install, the first part will tell you how to take your door panel off. I don't know how different the birds are from the camaros.
