New Best on motor!
New Best for me !!! I'm in the left lane, my car number was actually 41185 but I guess they felt too lazy to get it right, oh well. Like Steve, I too was having clutch issuse. My first pass, I welded my clutch but was able to break it free on the return road .
I made 6 clean passes. They were as followed.
11.56 @ 121.3
11.56 @ 120.9
11.34 @ 122.7
11.36 @ 122.9
11.16 @ 123.7
11.28 @ 123.5
It was a great night for the TMR crew !!
Big Thanx Goes out to Tommy!

Unreal Rob, congrats! Jesus when you ran .30s a few times I thought you were happy but when the 11.16 at 123 plus popped up on the board we said holy **** he's gonna be pumped when he sees that slip. Great job, once again had fun hanging out with everyone.

Josh with both Steve and Rob running the Spec 3+ and having slipping issues theirs no way it would hold any shots and with the track saturated from the day of rain it was a surprise they were able to get a good 60 at all. We were the only real cars putting any heat in the track last night so a weekend behind some real race cars would be better no matter what the DA is I know they will go faster.
Ron another car I built ran his personal best Joe in his Convertable cam only full weight and full street trim runs consistent all the time so the DA didn't effect him hardly at all previous best of 11.85 in positive 1000+ DA to a 11.76 last night and I made a pass in it on both days my runs were 11.76 in 1000+ DA and 11.74 last night so DA is not the only factor in cars going faster.
Rob congratulations on driving that beast to a new best now its time to tweak the tune for the changes made to take full advantage of the new found power. Not too bad for running on last seasons tuning. A little strategic weight deletion and a better traction day at the track for those 1.5 60's and 10 on motor will be the norm for you. We'll look into that clutch issue this week looks like one of the custom TwistedMindsRacing clutches are in order we know they arnt 10 bolt friendly though Sorry Mike.

not to hijack thread but i read that DA has more of an effect on bolt on cars compared anything with work done. And ive personally seen the effect of it on the trans am, trapping 118.27mph on the negative days as opposed to the normal 117mph passes in 0 or slightly positive DA

That's funny because since u ran your Camaro on Tuesday the 16 the DA was -825 and only went 12.3 with the exact same mods as the following Sunday the 21 with +1113 DA but went almost .4 tenths faster how that work?

It was good times! Larry, I wish you could have been there. Greg as always it was fun hanging with ya! All night we had people coming up to us and asking whats done to these cars and how they're running so well. It was great, there were only a hand full of cars out so you could get as many passes as you wanted.
