4T65E shifting issue

4T65E out of a 2005 Uplander FWD

Occasionally the van will go into what feels like a neutral when you come to a stop. When you press the accelerator it revs to about 1k RPM then jumps into gear. Only does this maybe 1 out of 10 stops, some days does not do it at all. Also feels like the 1-2 shift has a slight shudder.

I rebuilt the trans at about 95k miles (clutches, seals, bushings, Torque convertor and valve body) due to the same concern. Rebuild did not resolve the issue but it seems less frequent that it was before. Van currently has 115k, fluid is red looks clean does not smell.

The replacement valve body did not include solenoids.
