While fiberglass work does require some thought and some fabrication skill as well, it's no rocket science either. My son worked for a fiberglass roofing/decking company for three months and learned more than enough to create his own molds for widebody fenders and panels, sub enclosures, etc.. Much of what's required is an understanding of the correct materials for a given application and attention to detail in both the preparation and lay up.

Skip the hokum school and get some hands- on experience. If you have the basic fabrication skills and pay attention, you'll learn quicker than by going to some tuition grubbing scam school.

Its good to have if you plan on custom work for the rest of your life, I managed a shop in cherry hill from 2004-2006ish. There is money in that industry just not in the NJ area. My buddy owns a shop down in Orlando and he's constantly over loaded. If you really wanna get in the industry I could help you but you better get tools, and the school you listed is pretty good seen a few people get a start there especially with fiberglass work. Or you could save yourself the money and just goto a local shop as an apprentice and gain real know how on the subject and what you encounter on a daily basis.
