Nice Job and the only way to get a good cleaning and organizing in garage doneI am jealous of your height and great overhead storage. I did mine a few months ago after I had a water leak that ruined part of garage ceiling after that was repaired I rented a Pod for 30 days so my Junk wouldn't get ruined.

I also used the Rustoleum floor kit and it looked great BUT... I have been welding banging and cutting a 76 Camaro for past 3 months floor has taken a Severe beating I noticed a few chips from jack stands and every fluid rust grease etc are all over it currently. A basic wiping with rag /towels it still looks nasty in a week or 2 I will see after I get the car new rear back in. and trans back together then I will power wash it.

Looks good Brian.

I feel your pain, BTDT, but the end result is nice. I did mine in 2005 or so. This is last summer

town homes are rarely good fits for car guys. think long & hard about that. HOAs FTL.

Thanks Scott and no, they are never big enough.

however, the bigger the garage the more junk we bring home! that earlier pic, imagine a full sized basement, a barn and a 25x50 garage filled like that! it took my brother & I 2+ years to clean out parent's house of 3 generations of stuff. crazy!

Very true. My Dad got the garage early to get started on Friday. He called me and gave me a polite but stern talking to regarding the condition of the garage. It's tough not packing a space with stuff once you have more room. We thought our place was huge compared to the apartment we moved out of. After a few years, we run out of space to place things nicely.

5 car garage, pole barn, basement... driveway... full.

I know, the HOA sucks, but idk if I can afford a home. I'd need to pay mortgage, taxes, maintain it. I might just have to rent a garage and store my toys.

haha your dad and mine have total opposite mindsets... it is a shame, my father has so many cool cars we could have been restoring/driving but its all just going to waste. he is going to turn 72 in november :\ I want to get SOMETHING running before he is too old to drive
