Need help from the computer peeps
When I try to delete a user account on my computer it just freezes and i am unable to delete it what could be causing this? thanks in advance.

Which OS are you running?

Are you logged into the PC as administrator? Just Checking. Think you may need to be.

Do it in safe mode and update us.

Tap the F8 key a couple times when you start the computer. Youll be given the option, select "Start Windows in Safe Mode".

Update tryed it in safe mode and when i go into the users to delete them the ones i want to delete are not showing up.

It wouldnt work on an XP machine anyway. Rember, XP isnt DOS based. :lol:

deltree c:\ :rofl: my friend did that on one of the school computers.
try doing this: 1.go to the taskbar properties and click show Admin options and hit apply/ok 2.find it in the start menu and click it. click computer management then users. every user should be there |

No I meant the second part of your statemen. It doesent have user managment in the system tools part of manager.
