 Yes, the Pro Kit springs are designed for handling performance, and the drag launch springs are designed for maximum weight transfer to the rear when launching.
 
If your car will be a daily driver, or will at least be your 'nice weather' car, I would stick with the Pro Kit springs, and then possibly upgrade the shocks. I have the Pro Kit on my car and I'm using Bilstein HD front struts, and Bilstein race rate rear shocks. Can't tell you how they work, because I haven't run the car yet, but I've heard this combo works well for street/strip cars that aren't making insane power levels.
