DAMMIT!
I didnt get to add my $.02 in the "rediculous" thread before it got locked...which is terrible for the king ******* 'round these parts...dont worry im not adding more fuel just stating that im pissed about missing an oppurtunity to be a dick

since i didnt get to add it to the other thread.. and was asked a legitimate question, to which john replied that last weekend at atco cost me $700, that was just entry fees, not including fuel..
Methanol = roughly $3.00/gallon
1 run = 3 gallons = $9 in methanol
estimate 15-20 runs at a 3 day race = $135-$180 in alcohol alone
the gas i warm up on is $7.00/gallon, about 5 gallons per weekend = $35
so, about $215 in fuel on top of the $700 entry fees...
moral: ya gotta have deep pockets. and lose some to try to win some. that is all.

I think my right leg is 120 lbs... Jeez I guess last time I was 120 I was 12/13 yrs old.. But youd have to admit a 120lb 6 foot guy would be something to see wouldn't it?
