why do they make it sound so dramatic and talk so fast in the video? Crappy reporters.

Who says its a cop? some one could have jumped in a cop car, or made a replica.

How do you know he was racing? the video was kind of crappy, Maybe some one pulled out a gun and he floored it to get away.

Ya know, theres something fishy about this situation. Ive spend ALOT of time over there on the street racing scene... at the FIST sign of a cop, EVERYONE bolts, and I mean EVERYONE. Im curious as to why noone left when this cop first showed up... something doesent add up.

yeah, so far only 5 deaths have been attributed to street racing. i guess they aren't as important as everyone else though.
street racing is illegal, cops are around to help prevent and solve crimes, so prevention and prosecution of street racers would fall under their jurisdiction.
with 3 tracsk easily with in an hour of any part of philly, there is really no excuse for doing it on public roads.

Maybe someone bought a used police car with the stickers still on it haha. who knows.. if not a cop needed to get out some stress.. or maybe he was getting paid, some ricers wanted to see how fast there cars were to a real cruiser.. owell. Was funny either way

yeah, it is tough only having tracks open 6 out of the 7 days of the week for most of the year.
people go to the streets because they want to, not out of necessity. don't try to make it sound like everyone is being forced onto public roads jsut because they wanna race.

"if that car spun the other way, it could have injured people!" So can a car that blows a tire, or hits a patch of ice. I understand that's all accidental and doing a burnout or a donut is by choice..but hearing that kind of stuff makes me laugh

They left out the answer to the most important question of all:

Did the cop win?
