Another thing to consider too...try to come up with some type of signature sammich or dish....be known for something. I'm not familiar with your area so I'm not sure what competition there is. Try to scope out local places...see what kind of things they offer...maybe offer something different? A few car shows I've gone to at a bar/grille type place had some good seafood stuff(little neck clams, muscles, shrimp, not everyone wants a burger all the time). God I sound like Gordon Ramsey lol
I think it's great that you're doing that, it's actually one of my dreams to open up a place but unfortunately I can't be on my feet all day to cook and/or run a place like that.

What kind of place is it? A small little restaurant in a strip mall? A bigger bar/grille type place like Applebee's? How much space are you working with?

Nice dude, that sounds like the perfect set up for a car show...plus a lot of people love eating outside on a nice summer night.
Is it in Lambertville?

BUFFALO WINGS...with GOOD HOT SAUCE...!!!!!!!! if i had a dollar everytime i ordered BUFFALO wings, and could barely taste any spice/hotness...i would be a goddamn millionaire!!
seriously though....'Franks Red Hot' Sauce, cant go wrong. i would also reccomend BEER if you get a liquor license..
and i agree with whoever said hot girls as waitresses. everyone likes a good meal served by a nice piece of ---, with good looking cars to check out to boot!
