5 grams of creatine-monohydrate will do that if you dont drink enough water! Drink about 60 oz of water a day with it and you'll be fine

Funny....I NEVER got sick....I got some headaches....but that was prolly from taking too much a few times ......but I was in Iraq and drinking about a gallon of water a day.....
