			I'd be fine with no waiver limits, but then I think you should have a salary cap and make it a bidding process.

 |  You'll still have a draft every year, just the guys you hang onto you'll lose a pick for whatever round you took them in the previous season.
 
That being said, I think we should do a fresh draft next season with it being keepers for the following season, since we didn't really establish keeping guys this year.
