The shop has a couple others cars to take care of (heads n cam on a Z06, cam in gto, heads n cam on a CTS V!)

I'm reaaaaaaaally hoping they can get it done by Friday!

James, I talked to Matt about the CTS-V. The guy lives in the area and was in front of me the last time I was headed to TTP. He told Matt he saw my car and was playing around. Matt basically said, "The TA could shift at 5K and still beat you easilly."

I can't even imagine how hard it will be to swap the heads on a CTS-V, there is NO room in there. Makes the F-Body look like an underhood mansion! Good luck with the converter, what stall did you get? Damn A4's and their stall converters! I dropped .5 with $500 worth of work....you all suck!

If you think the CTS-V is bad, look at a Crown Vic. In order to do a head swap you have to drop the motor out from the bottom. A friend has a P-71 police package Vic and it took him 3 days to do a head swap....and he owns his onw shop.
