Kill Last Night

On the way to the bar after softball I went at it with a buddy of mine with a Lightening that has a tb, headers, intake, and some other small mods. He got me good off the line...I spun all the way through first and into second. He had about 2 car lengths on me by 30 but then I pulled hard on him and by about 75 I was a car ahead of him and we had to shut down to keep from missing our exit.

Later on the way home we lined up at a light on 22 and I got owned....light went green and my engine bogged bad when I hit it.....when it hit I lost traction so bad I ended up near sideways.

After I caught up we went from about 50 and by 100 I was 3 cars ahead of him.

All in all I was fairly happy. Definitely have some left to find with more tuning.....after I install my Z06 brakes next week hopefully.

Good kill. Now as far as that lack of power thing, I believe runnin the Australian 808 ecm code in your 165 would be a worth while experiment. It requires only minor wiring changes that are easily reversable (pin swapping). The SD is enherintly more responsive. We can try adjusting the AE. Hooking up a wideband this time around will help with that area of the tune.
