WOOT! my cam came in! :)

I'm so excited, i just got the call from my friends dad that he got my cam in today. I've been waiting for so long for this, its been a project and a half.

Here's the specs
GM perf cam
duration at .050" is 222/230
maximum lift is 509/528

from the original with a duration of 208/221 and lift of 474/510

hopefully will be put in before this weekend, then i can FINALLY drive my baby around again

EDIT: reason its been such a friggen project is cause comp originally sent my other friend the wrong cam, he bought it for my birthday.. went to install, was a flat tappet instead of a roller.. whole engine already torn apart. Then it turned out that the cam from comp that we would have wanted would have needed some headwork done.. so it took a while, but finally found the right one from gm perf.. yay!

Very nice, I was VERY pleased with my little GM cam. Doesn't look like much on paper but it really put a hurting on some bigger custom cams I've seen. GM knows what they are doing for the smallblocks, great power and good driveability. Good luck, let us know how it runs.
