Where did you find that?
I need to see better pics of the entire car before passing judgement. I'm sitting on the fence at the moment.....

thats f'n amazing...
just from a sheer $$$ and work standpoint... not sure if i like it tho... there's more to retro styling than slaping the front and rear of an older model onto a new chassis...
wait... hold on, maybe not...

I saw those pictures last week. It sure took a lot of effort and fabrication but it just doesn't look right to me. That's like the Malibu that was turned into a 70 SS454 Chevelle look. It doesn't look right and for all the time, money and effort put into it.

i don't think it looks too bad from teh front. something does seem a bti otu fo proporation with the way the spoiler sits on those rounded quarters in back though.
i would like to see it in person sometime. looks like a hell of an effort was put into it.

I gotta give him points for creativity and craftsmanship if nothing else. I like it personally.

I dunno, I think whats really bugging me is the Chrome Z06 Wheels. If they were Tourqe Thrust II's I think I could enjoy it a bit more; mostly because Ive never seen a 1st gen wearing z06's. Oh yeah change the exhaust tips too.

if has possibilities, first off, it should have been done to a convertible, the rear glass hatch throws it off a little, but the convert with the trunk would blend better, and second, with all that fabrication, they might as well have cut into the a pillars and reworked those a little, nice car considering the idea and work invested, but just doesnt work as a whole package for my taste.

i like kevin king's idea with the innov8tr much better. he kept the outside all first gen and most everything under the car is 4th gen. it works like that much better in my mind than grafting first gen panels on a 4th gen. he ended up with a lowered first gen with the heart and soul of an LS1.

IMO i think if it was a vert it would look a lot better..the "bubble" roof on 4th gens doesn't flow with 1st gen body lines

i like it, but i dont think the back end of the 1/4s and the front of the fenders work on the car, it looks like they taper in too much like the car is a big oval. i dont want to pick it apart, i said i like it, but something doenst seem to work? looks like the back it real short too.

Anyone else notice that its not a camaro, its a firebird. Take a look at the side view mirrors in the first pic and last pic. Kinda wierd.

I noticed that too, but maybe the owner thought bird mirrors would look better. who knows. when the body modifications get to that point, it doesnt really matter what it started as
