530 HP LS1 Recipe in January Hot Rod

did anybody else see that article? i thought it was pretty good. they did it at 5 stages and dyno'd it each time (the numbers aren't at the wheels, they just used an engine dyno although it had exhaust thru the y pipe). they did it with a stock tune, too. i almost cried when i thought about how much power the stock tune was robbing from the heads, cam, and headers.

if you don't have it, i'll see if i can find it online and worse case i'll scan it.

wouldn't exactly say it's new information, but i liked it because they showed the results from each stage. but they barely gained any power at all from the ported ls6 heads. damnit that thing needs a tune!
