Up until a few weeks ago there was plenty of room to ride just around the corner of my house, however it looks like they are doing more developing there, so they have a fence and concrete barriers up to try to stop 4x4s and ATVs.

Yea, supposedly Stout's bus service is doubling the size of their fleet, and they are building a huge parking lot back there. They have jersey barriers blocking the end of the road and on top of the path that leads back into the woods, and a chain-link fence on the side of the barriers to keep people out. I predict that soon people will start getting in there from this one street in Lawrence (can't remember the name). Either that or the fence will just get knocked over.

Ever since I crashed my friends Moped when I was 13, I havent drove anything besides a car or big rig since. My head was less than a foot away from hitting a tree. I had slid on about 15 feet of road to about three feet after a curb. I had road rash from my right knee to my right armpit. Talk about blood/pain lol.

Where else do they go to get in? I haven't gone to look but I assume the entrance over by Stout's and Signs + has also been blocked off, unless they are using that as their work entrance. And as I said there is a street in Lawrence that also ends right at the end of one of the trails there too.

Either way, there are tons of ways that those guys could get in there if they really want to, there's no way to keep them out.

We're talking about Whitehead Road Extension, it's right next to King's Pizza and Club 88. It is nothing but businesses up and down that road. If that's where you play paintball, you gotta let me know next time you come up. I live right on the other side of that park that's on the right.

hows the trails over there? i only have a 2wd but its got some pretty aggressive tires so unless its really intense i should be fine. i'm down to go one of these weekends. especially when it warms up. keep in touch.

the thing with a quad is they top out quick. most run out of gear way before a full 1/4.
