ET's for my beater inside..............

had a good time at the track. it was fairly crowded and this car doesn't hook for ****.
best slip
60' 2.472
330' 7.268
1/8 11.290
1/8mph 61.07
1000' 14.774
1/4 17.729
1/4mph 76.10

all 5 timeslips are 17.7xx or 17.8xx. trap speeds are very consistant, only went up by .21. car jsut doesn't hook, i did manage to baby it out fairly clean on this run. every other pass i spun the tires though.
i am gonna do some more of the maintenance stuff that i have here for the car and head back to the track. i at least have to get a 17.3 so i can beat justin on the street and have a better timeslip than him.

Videos should be up tomorrow....

Now I just have to fix the Lumina so I can get it to run a number again....don't want to think about losing to the Ford.

My beater is WAY faster.
I ran 17.4, 17.3, and a 17.2 in that order in the same night. Im sure with less gas and weight I could do a 16.9

tim.. one rule of thumb is you need to enough power to break the tires loose before you can complain about not hooking..

I won't be able to do any wed nights til after classes are over, I say we set up a tuesday night thing though. I'm down for goin to atco. Won't be around next week but I don't have tues night classes.

i will take care of a few things and we can get a heads up run. once i change the factory fuel filter and fix the exhaust leaks i am sure the car will pick up a bit.
since we both know that justin won't fix his lumina anytime soon you look like my only chance at a good heads up run.

it doesn't take a whole lot of power to break 6inch wide $36 tires loose, especially when only one is trying to push teh car at a time. lol
i am down for tuesdays. i get done work at 3pm all summer, so i can jsut hop across the betsy ross bridge and be there in like 45 mins
