haha ya i know but i just couldnt pass up the deal i got. I got this car because of the deal and the 86 is not near being on the road yet i still have a lot of odds and ends to do to the car. And the 98 is going to sit for a year and a half till i get my permit but it has a good sticker on it so i might get it insured for the summer.

theres nothing wrong with buying a car when your young if you get a good deal on it.
and who says you can't work on just cause it runs, if he works just as hard with this car as he did with his 86 he'll probably have an 11 or 12 second car once he turns 17.
thats pretty dam cool IMO.
its none of my busniess at all, i'm just kinda curious where all the funds come from, I worked and saved for my car since I was 13, I just purchased my car back in september (I'll be 17 in April).
Very nice car by the way.

Not to nitpick, but he'll have two faster cars unless you step your game up. The combo in his 86 should be good for at least low 13s, if not quicker. And the '98 should be mid-low 13s as it sits....
