no no you got it all wrong 
he added the turbo to a all stock motor and made that power..... granted he had injecotors, fuel pump, and lots of tuning but the vavle cover had never been off till last month when he put the cam in...... no new numbers on the cam yet....

a turbo is an external motor bolt on, injectors are an external motor bolt on, THEREFORE the motor was not stock

the motor was stock interaly stock, fuel upgrades are a given and you couldn't do it with out the turbo

changing the injectors means the motor is not stock anymore. If anything is changed from factory equipment to aftermarket or upgraded factory stuff, its not stock anymore. So to say that the stock motor would hold up to being boosted like that is false, it would need new injectors to do that, and that would void its stock-ness.

aka stock longblock or stock internals, but not a stock motor. i do get it 100% all i ask is that when making very big and impressive (when true) claims, is to be accurate in wording........
i have a lid and longtubes and a tune, my motor is internally stock, but when someone asks me if my motor is stock i mention those items......

its not that its about the 3 year standing F-body record that 5 people are trying to break this year then some guy out of know where claims to know a guy in state X with a 11 second V6 fbody........ okay thats all fine and stuff if the record is lower then i guess i got more moding to do.....
but its the fact that i know where the guy lives with the posted car and its about 900 mile from FL, i know becuase i drove out there to accualy meet him even stay in his house for like 4 days i think
i jsut dont like people to be misinformed, maybe as one of the 5 i have taken my roll to far but to me its not just tossing around stuff, its a goal, that I and many other are working for to get......
put it this way if you drive a car called the giga and tha best time was 12.5 and some posted they know a guy running 12.3's wouldn't you be bit intersested and want some kind of proof

i though it was given if you run 15 PSI on t-70 your probly goign to need larger injecotors ......
with fuel upgrades and tune everything else is stock,
also if the person is to blind to see the large ass turbo they should not be driving LOL

mike knows that you'll need bigger injectors, but he was simply saying that once you alter anything under the hood, it's no longer stock. hell, a turbo on a 100% bone stock motor is no longer stock. If it didnt roll off the assembly line the way it sits, then its not stock.

wally world = walmart.
i understand that when putting a turbo on a car you need to upgrade things, all im saying is that the motor wasnt stock when it made the claimed "416whp when the motor was stock before the cam"

right now ive got a t3 off an early buick regal .82 ar hot/.48 ar cold
but i want to upgrade it would a to4e be a good choice

i would have to look at a map for the turbo but it will work well for street nic spool.... however it will suffer at high boost levels and top end
