NJ inspections

anyone know where I can go to get my car inspected. I'd go to the state stations but my windows are tinted and that's a no no. I don't want to take it off.

Any information please pm me or post up I'd appreciate it.

Most private shops will look the other way if the car is legal otherwise.

Post up your city, and maybe some users will be able to recommend a local shop for you.

i think hes from the montclair area, and if anyone knows im in the North bergen are and i need 2 cars done too.

its warm out just role up with the windows down they most likely wont check, worked on my moms old lumina

I'm pretty sure they are smart enough to check the windows it's like a requirement in their inspection.

I'm in Bloomfield.

i went thru once windows down and t-tops off... I even asked if they wanted me to roll up the windows they said "nah dont worry about it" and never checked... then failed me for loud exhaust, dickwads

When I first got my car my mom went to get it inspected for me and it had light tint all around around. They made her roll up the windows and it obviously failed. I believe they went to the Paramus DMV.

There is a place on Lafayette ave in Hawthorne.
THey are a Delta Gas Station across from a Bank of America.

If you have the windows rolled down I don't think they will notice.
