just ordered parts

so i ordered some parts last night for the car, and just hada question or 2. First i ordered the Weildan intake as opposed to the LS6 intake. Is there really a differance?? And did anybody swap manifolds before, how long does it take and what tools do you need?

the Weiand manifold is the LS6 style just made out of aluminum and has more material to make it better for porting and its overall they say, slightly stronger to handle high boost levels and nos, BUT if you are running it on a N/A motor the metal actually is said to make it a heat sink and warm the incoming air, the opposite of what youd want to do, so in that aspect the composite LS6 manifold is better. If i was to upgrade my ls6 manifold, i would go for a FAST manifold and TB setup.
