				Which Shocks Do You Prefer?
			 
 
			
			I had my KYB AGX adjustables in for about 2 months and ****ing HATE IT. They are ****. Not only does everything jump around in the car but me, but the ride through town (especially to work) is a nightmare and a half. Need opinions on new shocks and share your experiences with them too please.
 Come to think about it, Im pretty sure one of the rear AGX's is just about cooked. My car rode real nice until I installed these pieces o ****.

			I have Koni SA's in the front and Bilsteins in the rear on Granatelli springs. It's a real nice setup. What kind of springs do you have?

			BMR 1" Lowering Springs. I was told by quite a few ppl that KYBs + BMR's were a great combo ... but not really experiencing that... I might remove the rear springs and put in some kinda Moog replacements cuz I have 315s in back and Im starting to feel some "wacking" of the tires on the fender lip, and since not one soul seems to do fenderlip rolling in the tri-state area, im resorting back to stock rear springs.

			I'd just get a set of Bilsteins if I were you. But I would have Strano revalve the fronts if you are going to run the BMR's. But you'll like them on the back out of the box. I will end up getting a set of QA1 coilvers all around, but for non adjustables I think the Bilsteins in the rear is a great setup. Not too stiff and not too soft.

			I have Bilsteins's that have NOT been revalved and the ride is amazing, it rides great, corners great, and controls the Pro kit very well on bumps.  A+ in my book.  I have drove in strano revalves and I coudln't feel that much difference.

			Really?  Hrm, thats odd.  Ive always heard good things about teh KYB AGX's.  I deffinatly plan on the HD Blistiens.

			any car ive been in with bilstien HD's was horrible on bumps. evertime u hit one it felt like there was no dampining it just slmmed you like it bottomed out.

Im gonna do my SFC's and LCA's prematurely and if that doesnt solve anything, then im going with Koni SA's . It could also be the rear springs cuz the rate is VERY VERY stiff on the rear BMR's.

			I hate my SLP Suspension (Bilstiens & Eibach) set up it rides like a pig on poor roads.  Im saving for coil-overs.

			slp used softly valved bilsteins. HD's are a much mroe controlled valving.when my 91rs was set up for autocross i have pro kit springs with bilstein HD's in front and bilstein race valving in the rear. it was a sweet handling set up and didn't ride bad at all.

			bilstein HDs were designed to be run as stock replacement shocks at STOCK HEIGHT. revalves are the way to go but running them out of the box on lowering springs is retarded IMO

			I have koni sa all the way around 500lbs spring up front and 150 afco in the rear the ride is stiff but still daily driven it really comes down to what you can live with and what you want the car to do.  Street tires the car will pull 1.05g on any off ramp race tires is a whole diffrent story   |

My car sits almost as high in the front now with the Bilstein HDs and Prokit than it did with stock motor and suspension. I can only imagine what it would have looked like with stock springs....

			Hrm...I plan on putting in a prokit and leaf springs for the rear to drop the hight.  The car sits low as is now, I wonder if I will have to get the Bilsteins revalved.
