What should I have done?
After getting done at the orthadontest's early my mom stopped in a parking lot and went in some place, 25 seconds later a guy parks right next to me in a mercury 2 door.. some little girl gets out, and goes inside, I see him lift up a can and take a sip, It apeared to be budwiser, when we were leaving I didnt say anything and I noticed he had another little girl in the back seat.
what should I have done?

It is called natural selection. Dumb people shouldnt be able to breed and if they do the whole family should be erased so they can not contaminate the rest of this world. Just a thought

Actually its a real good question. The fact that your aware of **** like that at your age is a good sign. Short of calling the cops, theres nothing you could really do. Sure you could have said something to him, but if he was drinking with two little girls in the car then Im sure he probably wouldnt have given a **** what you had to say.
In a perfect world, eveyones response should be "call the cops on the ****er". But this isnt a perfect world... people today generally dont give a **** about anyone else unless its going to affect them, so they say and do nothing about situations like that. But if they actually stopped and thought about it, that situation could affect them or a loved one... Not to mention two innocent little girls.
Next time you see something you think is morally and legally wrong, DONT be afraid to take the action you think is fit.

thats what I was looking for, I didnt know what I should do, next time i think ill call non emergency number and report the liscence plate and location

How do you know it was a bud? A red and white can? Coca-Cola has the same colors.
Did the two girls look similar? Possible sisters?

people hardly respect the law, they certainly aren't going to respect a younger person (if you had thought about telling him what you thought of his drinking with his daughters in the car). that would get you nowhere.
you can call the cops, but chances are they either wouldn't be able to find him or would be too busy to get to it right away, and then when they did he would be long gone.
would you have felt better about the situation if you had called the cops? that's generally what people do - whatever makes them feel good. some situations you have to accept that you can never have the least bit of control over and just move on.
natural selection is nice, but those kind of slapnuts usually have way too much luck to be taken out by their own stupidity. it usually happens to someone else, instead.
