WTB: Cheap 3" 3rd gen catback

I need a cheap 3" catback for my '87 Camaro. Brand isn't extremely important, as I only plan on using it for a few months, until I can afford the exhaust I really want.
Let me know what you have....

the car's been off the road for 3 years now...whats another 4 months? buying a catback "just to get it on the road" seems like a waste of money

j0n - Ever heard of reselling parts once you are done using them?
wayfast - No, but thanks anyway. A 2.5" would choke the crap out of this motor.

If there is a way to rig a 4th gen muffler + tips to your thirdgen, u can have my old pypes
*edit* but that would require u to pick that up, cuz right now i cant even pick up a pillow with my right arm lol

I also have my old stock pipes you could have if you want you just need to weld the pipe back together by the axle since it was cut to get it off easy but other then that they only have 14k miles on em

Doing it right is gonna cost me in excess of $1200 dollars. I'd rather spend $100 or $150 now so I can (finally) drive the car until I can afford to buy what I really want. Open y-pipe may be fine for a stock 305....not for this motor.
There's more to it than me just wanting to drive the car, but that doesn't have anything to do with this ad.

 | Shouldn't be too hard to re-hang that on a 3rd gen. Anything wrong with it, or was it just that you didn't like the sound?

How much do you want for it?

 | nothing wrong with it. it sounds very nice but i resorted to the hooker when i installed my headers + ory. it has about 4k miles on it, and has 4th gen t/a tips on it. if u want it, all u gotta do is get it out of my garage, no fee. I had to cut the over-the-axle pipe to get it out tho. im pretty sure i have whats left of the intermediate pipe too, not sure tho.

Thanks for the offer man, but I just put a deposit on a full exhaust today.
I'm getting super comp long tubes, mufflex y-pipe, and 3.5" mufflex flowmaster cat back....at a very good price
