i think Al is sensable enough to know his limit. im sure if he was over the top he would know better then to drive. DUI FTL!

Yeah, but if you're in the car with the keys in the ignition you can get busted. Just don't do anything stupid or dangerous guys. If you're gonna drink a lot(which is typical with college people) plan on staying the night. And a violent drunk is no good either.

Yes. During my recovery effort, i offered Al the couch i was sleeping on. I think al was good to drive beer-wise, i dont think he was awake tho lol

Whatever, you get the point. A campus cop, whomever. He's lucky no one saw him passed out in his car with it running. The point is if the keys are in the ignition, it constitutes DUI. You don't need to be moving.

its a DUI from a cops point of view. but we arent cops and we know he wasnt driving... therefor no DUI and no harm done. Al's smarter then that.

He is saying he isn't-because if he doesn't pass out, he was driving - he started the car. I'm saying he got lucky - first that he never actually hit the road, and second that no one noticed him passed out with the car running for many hours.

Allllllright, yeah I was ok to drive beer wise, but I was tired. I cant belive I fell asleep so fast, but oh well.
Yeah, I know I risked a lot by even attempting, I should have just stayed. If anything, I would have been on the road for 10 mins and headed for my cousins house.
