water, and a lot of it...also a lot of sleep, a multivitamin on a daily basis, and other stuff...not only does it help get you better faster, it acts as a preventative.

make sure the ginger ale that you drink is flat, not bubbly, that will make it worse. chicken noodle soup is more of a comfort thing but is good for any illness, lots of liquids. you can try saltine crackers to absorb some of the stomach acid, but mostly water, tea and soup. oh yeah, and sleep.

take pepto-bismol for the stomach problems. drink liquids, but only sip small amounts at a time and get plenty of rest. it will take a little while but in a few days you will feel better

Sleep. Get plenty of sleep to help your system fight it off. If it's a 24 hour bug then nothing will help so you might as well sleep it off.

You can only miss 6 days of gym, or else you have to go to credit completion, Im on 5. Im wondering if it would still count because 2 of them where for my grandmas wake/funeral..the one that I missed yesterday doesnt count for a death because it wasnt a blood relative or some ****..
