i would just like to say thank you...
...to the girl in my politics class i emailed for the assignment that was handed out at the class i missed that is due tomorrow morning that will not tell me what it is because "she doesn't feel like it." thats gonna make for some interesting conversation when i see her in class in the morning.

In the end, it is your fault for not being in class, unless you had a good reason not to be there, but its still your responsabilty to get the crap you need. Cant rely on anyone but yourself.

Get enough sleep the night before.
Wake up on time.
Go to class.
Get your professors office location and hours.
Make a friend or three in the class so you can get information from them when needed.
Do these things and you will do well.
Thus endeth the lesson.

yup, the two friends i made in class but both wouldn't tell me what was up with the assignment. one didn't know, but this girl just flat out wouldnt tell me.
only reason i missed that week of classes was to prepare for a week of exams i had straight. i never missed a class before those 2.
in the end, she had the opportunity to help me but she chose not, i hope she's happy she burned that bridge.
oh well though, i now have the assignent and time to do it so all is well that ends well  but i'm still gonna kick that girl in the ovaries when i see her

yeah, **** happens. like stated, and no one likes to hear it, especially when you are in need, it's that no one is under any obligation to help you out. of course, things can get right out of hand in public with things that most of us take for granted as 'common courtesy', but even then the ignoramus doesn't have to help out. i always try to help the next person with whatever i can. i only turn the cold shoulder if there is no reciprocation.
go to class. if you know you are going to be out ahead of time, contact your profs or their assistants to find out what is going to be happening when you are planning not to attend.

the class is under no curve, so she benefited none by not helping me. thats what still baffles me. is she spiteful that she went to class and i didn't? what makes her so much holier-then-thou that she wouldn't help out a fellow classmate? but, in the end, all is well that ends well. i got the assignment and plenty of time to do well. like i said before, i'm really hoping she misses an assignment and contacts me so i can shut her down the same way she did me. i don't usually miss class unless something serious comes up, so i'm not worried about an episode like this happening again. but oh was i heated last night when i got that email from that wench
