No monthly fees my a$$. I get bills every month for that stupid IRL game.

I hear there's a different game called PRISON where you get three squares a day, clothing and shelter without paying a dime, and all the NPC interaction you can ask for. Trully PvP, though the Admins are sometimes jerks and cancel PvP with little warning.
