Wheels America in Philly fixes rims. They charge $129 per wheel and $250 for chrome wheels. That includes all repairs and refinishing. Are the wheels polished or chrome?

Can you measure the backspacing on these? I might be interested.

I need the backspacing, not the width. This is the distance from the edge of the inside lip (side facing the car) to the inside mounting surface. I also need to know where they're damaged. Pics of the damage would be good. Thanks.

there is no visible damage, they are out of round, you can't tell by looking at them that theres a problem, as for the backspacing im not too sure, the wheels are being kept at a friend of mines house and i dont have access to the at the moment
