Ken Rosato from ABC morning news
is a jerkoff. We have his Mercedes at the body shop I work at. The estimate is for a 4 day repair with work being started on it last friday. He calls the shop today all pissed off, ranting and raving, expecting that it should have been done for him. I guess the fact that saturday's we're open only till 12 and sundays we're closed don't mean anything to him  The car was scheduled to go out tomorrow and it will.

retard, i hate ppl like that, we use to get them all the time when i was a mechanic, i be doing my own oil change on a sunday when they pull up expectin to have their car done and payed for cuz they brought it in the friday and was told 2 days

a similar thing happened yesterday at work. someone dropped off their car on saturday (only open until noon) and we told them it would be a couple days until we could even look at it because we're very busy right now. well yesterday they called up at 8:30 am (we open at 8 ) and they wanted to know if their car was done  . I guess people think the automotive repair world is open 24/7....

Ken picked up his car today, He couldnt get a chance to pick it up yesterday, and you know there was more complaining He called 2 boss's above my dad's supervisor at Geico (we are a direct repair shop for Geico, which is who the claim is through) to complain to them that because he expected the car to be done tuesday, he lost a day on his rental and was forced to park in visitor parking at the news station lolol can you believe that?? So because he couldn't follow the 4 day repair, it's everyone else's fault  What a prick
and that b-ball girl was Teresa weatherspoon from the WNBA, Liberty, nice lady. We fixed her BMW, I got to drive it back from alignment
EDIT: Forgot to mention..after he got his car he came back inside and said to my boss that there was a bubble in the paint..so my boss goes outside and looks....there is a plastic cover that hides the tow hitch and in the center there is a stamped arrow pointing up..he thought that was a bubble in the paint
