			....and it's not like it (vtec) was there idea anyway. Various companies have been messing with it since the very early 80's.

			MIVEC as well. And Fiat was the first to develope a variable valve timign system ion the 60's. its on Wikipedia. GM tried to do it before Honda as well in 75, but had problems.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Variable_valve_timing

			They should do what F1 cars do, not run on springs at all. they run on pneumatic valves, their pushed by computer controlled hydrualics cause springs couldnt take 18-20,000RPM's. Theres a few engines out there that dont have cams at all, the valves open when the computer says its time!!
