so i finally got a motor...
its a 3-0-slow but it has less than 1k on the rebuild, flat top pistons gm heads with port and polish, and nice cam, forget the actual # ill post when i get it. the best part is im getting this new motor for $400  im buying it off a friend who i know rebuilt it and i was there for the initial break in period of the motor.
yes i know its a 305 but full time student + pt job + car payment = no money for the iroc
as for my old 350....it was taken off the road dues to a knock and squeaking in the valve train. took the intake off today, there is rust on the inside of the intake on the head, the push rods are discolored, the coolant passages were half clogged with crystallized rad fluid, rust and just other crap. i will try to post some pics when i get them.
